In this training, I will walk you through a different way of looking at behaviour, one that begins with parents going first.

Children’s nervous systems grow and organise inside the safety of relationships. When we understand our own sensory and nervous system patterns, we can begin to respond to our children in ways that create more calm, connection and cooperation in everyday life.
